It was excitement all the way on Friday night at RCCG Governor’s Place area headquarters, along Governor’s Road, Ikotun, Lagos, as God’s Gift Film Ministry marked their fifth year anniversary.
The event coincided with the night vigil for training weekend in Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), such that many men and women of the clergy were in attendance.
Among them was minister in charge of the area, Pastor Tolu Ale, who gave the opening prayer, and sermon by Pastor Betty, who used to be at Open Doors Parish along the same road.
There were drama ministrations, praise, worship, comedy and other attractions for the night, which founder and president of the group, Bro Seun Israel Akinsemohin thanked everyone present for gracing the night.
He took a rundown of the group’s history, and said he used the occasion that went all the way into 5am on Saturday as a point of thanksgiving and glory to God for making him wax strong.
“We started with only three members, but God has been so merciful and graceful to us that we are able to reach where we are today.
“We already have three movies to our credit, all through the grace of God, and I am looking forward to more products in the coming months.
“It’s amazing that small me, a humble man from a humble place in from Ilaje in Ondo State, has been blessed so much this way by God. Help me praise His name,” Bro Seun concluded.
