Okagbare Completes Nurses’ CNA Training In USA

Nigerian female track star, Blessing Okagbare has taken a tentative step towards a likely career in nursing after dropping her spikes, as she has concluded a session in CNA Training.

The programme is for aspiring certified nursing assistants, and Okagbare said she was happy to complete the course, which she admits means delving into a terrain she is not used to.

While admitting it was a tough procedure and required high level determination from her, Okagbare added on social media that she is excited to have finalised the programme and is standing tall for having achieved something unique in her life.

She stated on her Twitter account @mountain214: “Life has been so amazing the last couple weeks.

“Had to try something different from just being an athlete and I successfully completed my CNA training.

What a season Queen B. What they thought would break you didn’t. In all you continued to rise above and against all odds.

“Don’t ask why but, as you journey through this new phase that is about to begin, always know that you are more than a conqueror and defeat is never an option.

“Extremely driven by passion and I know this is just the beginning of an amazing journey. You are amazing….”
