Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo is bound to join his national team back-four partners, ShehuAbdullahi and William Troost-Ekong at Bursaspor of Turkey, should moves by the Turkish Super Lig club see the light of day.

Omeruo, who played on loan from Chelsea of England at Kasimpasa of Turkey last season, has already attracted interest from three other Turkish clubs, led by Goztepe, but the list now includes Bursaspor, despite the presence of Shehu and Troost-Ekong already in their squad.

It means Bursaspor, have joined Fenerbahce, Besiktas and Goztepe in the wild race to sign Omeruo on loan from Chelsea, where the 24yearold stopper is yet to make an appearance since joining The Blues from Standard Liege of Belgium in 2012.

Omeruo is set for another loan move after he was overlooked by Chelsea’s new coach, Maurizio Sarri in the official squad list for the season and was left out of all their pre-season games.

The back to form defender, who spent last season on loan at Kasimpasa of Turkey, after stints with Middlesbrough and another Turkish outfit, Alanyaspor, could now link up with two of his international teammates in defence, Shehu and Troost-Ekong.

Omeruo would enter a terrain vibrant with his compatriots, as another Nigerian player, Mikel NdubuisiAgu spent last season at Bursaspor on loan from FC Porto of Portugal.
