Happy times are here again for young footballers and lovers of good football as the Cross River State Football Association has announced Cryo Homes Ltd as one of its official partners for the 2018 Governors Cup.
The agreement signed recently in Calabar will see the partnership come into immediate effect during the 2018 edition holding between 16th and 23 of December, 2018.
The event which will feature teams from 16 schools across the state as part of the state government’s efforts through the Cross River FA to discover and harness talents through sports.
Chairman of the Cross Rivers State Football Association, Honorable Essien Ekpeyong said the latest partnership is a confirmation of the importance of grassroots sports development in any society.
“We are so happy that a brand such as Cryo Homes Ltd is partnering with us at the FA in our quest to develop football in Cross River. This year’s edition promises to be bigger and better and we cannot wait to start.”
He said the FA is glad that the annual competition has continued to attract the deserved attention from individuals and corporate organizations which can only make it bigger and better.
The CEO of Cryo Homes Ltd, Cyril Edetanlen expressed joy over the partnership as he described it as the beginning of better and stronger relationship between the real estate firm and the Cross River FA.
