Ogu Rates Beitar Jerusalem Tie ‘Important Game’

Hapoel Be’er Sheva of Israel midfielder, John Ugochukwu Ogu entered his side’s Israeli Premier League fixture against Beitar Jerusalem with a view that it was an ‘important game’ for his side.

Though critics would label the Ligat HaAl encounter  between both sides as just any other game, Ogu had a different view on his mind.

John Ogu’s side entered the match at seventh on the tabkle, with their visitors eighth, such that the Super Eagles star reckoned it would be an ideal setting to put light between them and the team from Jerusalem.

The towering left-footed attacking midfielder, fondly called ‘Suker’ by close friends, took to social media to express his thoughts ahead of the fixture on Monday, and simply stated: “Important Game. Ready.”
