Despite Transfer Ban Clueless Chelsea Troll In Tweet

CHELSEA found themselves subject to trolling on Twitter after they seemingly forgot about their two year transfer ban – by asking fans who they would sign.

The Blues were hit with a two-window embargo for illegally signing young players and have been banned from making any additions for a year after being found guilty of breaching FIFA rules over 29 youth players.

As it stands Chelsea cannot sign any more players until the summer of 2020, scrapping any prospect of a transfer overhaul at the end of this season.

However, that did not stop Chelsea’s oblivious official Twitter account from asking fans: “Who would you want to sign in the summer?”.

Not surprisingly, Twitter reacted with shock as fans could not believe the question about signing players had been asked – one week removed from their transfer ban.

One said: “From Kepa ignoring Sarri’s substitution to their Twitter admin ignoring their transfer ban. It’s been quite an eventful 4 days for Chelsea.”

Another said: “Imagine an official football account actually tweeting this, are you lot not embarrassed? Kepa needs to be in charge of this account soon, the real boss.”

One added: “Are you serious…”

Another added: “Favourite Parody account.”
