Arsenal of England youngser, Bukayo Saka has been described as a ‘top talent’ by The Gunners’ under-23 team coach, Freddie Ljungberg, who megasportsarena.com can report is excited with thew Nigerian-born lad’s progress in recent time.
Although Saka is yet to tie down a spot in The Gunners’ main team, Ljungberg says it is nice to see the development made by the winger within a short while, and believes he has a lot more to offer.
Ljungberg used Saka as a point of focus for other young players in Arsenal’s developmental sectors, with a view that anaother Nigerian-born lad, Xavier Amaechi is also part of the future at Emirates Stadium.
Saka has cameo roles to flaunt in two Europa League matches this season, plus some minutes on the main team’s bench for key games in the English Premier League, such that Ljungberg is excited to see all the giant strides being made by the youngster.
Ljungberg, who hailed Saka for his outstanding performances with the main team, further enthused that the fast-rising winger will make huge marks in the near future, along with Amaechi and Tyreece John-Jules.
The Swedish soccer icon declared: “Bukayo can still improve but it has been amazing to see the development he’s made and the improvement in decision making.
“Bukayo can be a top talent. Other boys will play it out from the back and find pockets.
“We can feed Bukayo. Then he’ll be in a situation further up the field where he can be a game changer.
“If we don’t feed the ball to him in the right place there won’t be that action; and that’s what we’ve been working on.
“My whole philosophy on football is that good players should be the right position to receive the ball.”
