Arsenal of England attacker, Alex Iwobi is in line to receive a princely rewarded fee of £100,000 from the club’s management, if he and his teammates can emerge winners of next week’s UEFA Europa League final in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Heading into Wednesday’s historic game, Iwobi and his pals will smile to the back with a hefty pay day afterward, should they beat their London rivals, Chelsea in the final.
The report adds that Arsenal are set to reward Iwobi and his colleagues if they win the second-tier continental title, with payments ranging from £100,000 to £500,000 already dangled before the players, thereby likely to bring the total winning bonuses to around £10m.
Though Iwobi was left on the bench for the home and away fixtures of the semi-final against Valencia, he already appeared in ten matches of this season’s competition, with a goal and two assists to show.
He is, therefore, bound to receive an equivalent of N234m as reward, if The Gunners win their first continental trophy since they cornered the then European Cup Winners Cup in 1994.
