The National Under 12/15 Handball Championship Gets New Date.

The National Under 12/15 Handball Championship earlier slated to commence on the 30th of July, will now hold from August 7 to 17, 2021 in Sokoto State.

The Secretary General of the Handball Federation of Nigeria (HFN) Alhaji Maigidansanma Mohammed, in a statement, stated that the reason for the change in date of the age grade competition was for the sponsor and host of the competition, the Sokoto State government to adequately prepare for the competition.

“The National U-12/15 Handball Championship earlier scheduled to commence on 30th July has now been fixed for 7th-17th August, 2021” Alhaji Maigidansanma said

“The slight change in date is to ensure adequate preparation and readiness by the Sokoto State Government”.

He also urged all participating teams to ensure they do all necessary registration and preparation ahead of the competition.
