President Bola Tinubu has extended his best wishes to Team Nigeria as they prepare for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
Representing the nation are 88 athletes—63 women and 25 men—competing across 12 sports.
In a message of support, President Tinubu assured these athletes, described as “bold and courageous ambassadors,” of his backing and that of over 200 million Nigerians.
The President expressed hope that the athletes, including flagbearer Ms. Tobi Amusan, the world record holder in the 100 meters hurdles, will compete with honor and dedication.
