Kastina United coach, Abdullahi Biffo has declared that he is looking eagerly ahead of the new season with hopes of doing well, but adds he is not scare of losing his job.
Biffo said the coaching job is about hiring and firing, hence his philosophical approach to the job wherever he finds himself.
Biffo noted that there is always an x-factor that could derail a coach’s good plans and cause poor result for his team, at which point the management might sack him.
However, the soft-spoken tactician said he is not scared of the sack, since it has become part of the job, but he will always work hard the best way he knows how and expect good results at all times.
While pledging to do his best with any club he works for, Biffo promised that The Chanji Boys will try to improve their position on the log and do better than the stage they reached in the Aiteo Cup last season.
Biffo stated further: “I am never afraid of losing his job as coach of any club because they job is all about hiring and firing.
“But, at any club I find myself, I always try to put up my best to improve on the job and do better, in order to leave a good mark there as well.”
