Abraham May Replace Moses At Fernebahce

Former Super Eagles’ winger, Victor Moses may end up being replaced by Aston Villa revelation, Tammy Abraham this summer, should Chelsea agree to offers for the Nigerian-born striker from The Yellow Canaries.

Moses is currently being tipped to join former Chelsea coach, Antonio Conte at Inter Milan of Italy, while Abraham is not keen on returning to Stamford Bridge, after a successful loan spell with Villa, which has now opened the possibility of him replacing the winger at Fernebache.

The Yellow Canaries are believed to be in the market for a striker, with Islam Slimani, Roberto Soldado and Andre Ayew set to leave when their contracts expire, hence their quest for Abraham in the summer window.

Abraham had a good season at Aston Villa, helping them gain promotion back to the EPL, with 26 goals in 40 games, even as he played away from Cheslea in search of regular time elsewhere.

According to Fanatik, Fener’s manager, Ersun Yanal has recommended the signing of Abraham, and the Istanbul-based club’s sporting director, Damien Comilli, who has a good relationship with Chelsea, has started negotiations with the London-based English Premier League club.

However, a major stumbling block to a deal is that Chelsea have a two-window transfer ban from FIFA, and they might want to keep Abraham, in order to remedy the situation with a top player in their reservoir.
