AFCON 2025Q: We’re Ready to fight hard to beat Super Eagles – Libya coach Al-Hadiri

Date:

Libya’s head coach, Nasser Al-Hadiri, stated that his team will give everything to defeat Nigeria’s Super Eagles.

The Mediterranean Knights need a win against the Super Eagles to reignite their hopes of qualifying for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.

The North Africans have one point from two games in Group D.

Al-Hadiri declared that they will try their best to secure maximum points in the game.

“We lost 4-0 here before. Now we are back to see how we can improve our game,” he told a press conference in Uyo on Thursday.

“Being my first game isn’t going to put any pressure on me. We can only put pressure on Nigeria. We know it’s difficult to win here, but in Libya, we must try to secure victory.”
