Agali tells Osimhen club to join amid Chelsea, Man United links

Date:

Ex-Super Eagles forward, Victor Agali has suggested that Victor Osimhen pick Chelsea over Manchester United should the 24 year-old chose to leave Napoli this summer

Agali however believes Osimhen stands to gain a lot if he decides to stay back in Napoli past his current deal.

The Nigeria International has been linked with big-money moves to some of Europe’s top sides; on the back of the great season he’s having so far.

Osimhen has been linked with Manchester United, Chelsea and PSG even Bayern Munich, the striker himself has said he is focused on winning the Scudetto and Champions League with Napoli, who have quoted more than a hundred million pounds for the striker.

“The Napoli midfield makes things happen in terms of creativity. They are not only good in their league alone, but in the UCL as well,” Agali told FL.

“Their performance this season is not a fluke; their result and Osimhen’s work rate compliments the team.”

“In my opinion, both Chelsea and Manchester United don’t have that quality, if he goes either way, they will need to be
patient with him because they don’t have as many creators as Napoli does, but I’d advise him to stay a bit at Napoli.”

“But of the two, Chelsea has a better midfield than Manchester United for Osimhen to thrive and it is more enticing.”
