A Nigerian airline, Air Peace has increased its capacity on the London route due to increasing demand.
An official statement signed by the airline’s management and posted on X, formerly Twitter, said more seats were now available for those interested in travelling to London with the airline.
The statement reads: “Due to overwhelming demand and interest in our London route, we have decided to increase the capacity on the route. This means that more seats are now available.
“Air Peace would like to thank the Nigerian population, both in Nigeria and in the United Kingdom, for their support. We do not take it for granted, and we will be doing our best to continue to make the whole country proud.”
Meanwhile, Air Peace, which commenced its daily flight to Gatwick London on March 30, 2024, has also alerted passengers intending to book its flight to the United Kingdom to beware of fraudsters, who cloned its official website.

The airline, in a post on X, stated that the creators of the website used some of its website identity collateral to create the fake site.
It reads: “Our attention has been drawn to the existence of a website “www.flyairpeace.uk” purporting to be an official website and defrauding unsuspecting individuals.
“We would like to dissociate the Air Peace brand from this fraudulent site because it is not owned by us. The one and only website of the Air Peace remains “www.flyairpeace.com.
“Members of the public should totally ignore the site, as it is impersonating Air Peace and fleecing passengers.”
