Alalade: Flying Eagles’ Training Is Very Difficult

Enyimba of Aba winger, Wasiu Alalade has admitted that he is not finding it easy in the under-20 national team’s camp, as he says the training programme and activities are difficult.

As the squad step up preparations for next month’s West Africa Football Union (WAFU) U-20 Cup in Lome, Togo, Alalade told that the contest for spots in the team has been very tough.

However, as all the players continue to work hard to give the coaches something to think of and make the final squad list, Alalade said he will continue to work hard, in order to make the cut.

Alalade beamed: “It is tough and here are no guarantee of any automatic spot for anyone.

“All of us have to work hard, because you are not assured of your place in the final list, despite being in the team that secured qualification.”
