Milan legend Massimo Ambrosini believes Victor Osimhen won’t leave Napoli for less than €120m which is how much Chelsea spent to sign Enzo Fernandez in January.
The former Italy midfielder was at the Stadio Maradona on Wednesday to comment on Napoli’s 3-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt in the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16 for Amazon Prime Italy.
The victory was inspired by a brace of Victor Osimhen, the current Serie A leading scorer with 19 goals in 22 league games.
When asked how much the Nigeria striker would cost in the summer, Ambrosini replied: “Well, Enzo Fernandez joined Chelsea for €120m…” suggesting the Napoli star would be more expensive.
“Something will happen with strikers in the summer. It will all depend on Kylian Mbappé. If there is a new transfer saga, it will cause a domino effect,” the ex-midfielder added.

Overall, Osimhen has scored 23 goals in 28 appearances for Napoli this season and his contract at the Stadio Maradona expires in June 2025. The 24-year-old joined the Partenpei in a €75m deal from Lille in 2020.
Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis warned suitors said last month saying that the Partenopei do not need to sell their stars at the end of the season given that they have no debts and are not having financial issues.
