The organizers of the Africa Military Games 2024 (AMGA 2024) have defended their choice of Olamide as the event’s Brand Ambassador.
According to Air Vice Marshal Abidemi Marquis, Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), Olamide’s influence and connection with youth culture make him an ideal ambassador for the Games, which will take place in Abuja from November 18 to 30.
Olamide expressed his excitement at promoting the event, which aims to unite African countries through sports.
The games will feature over 44 African nations competing in various sports, including football, basketball, boxing, and volleyball, and the artist will be involved in numerous promotional activities to raise awareness.
