Ballon d’Or power rankings for the month of April have been revealed.
Goal reports that Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski and Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema top the Ballon d’ Or list.
The Poland striker is ahead of Benzema, Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah and Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe.
Lewandowski has been impressive for both club and country so far this season as he scored a goal in his country’s World Cup qualifier 2-0 win over Sweden last Tuesday that set Poland on their way to sealing qualification.
Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain’s Lionel Messi won the Ballon d’ Or last year ahead of Lewandowski.
