Battle of Marrakech: Ndidi leads Super Eagles against Black Stars

Super Eagles and Leicester City defender Wilfred Ndidi is leading the Super Eagles against Black Stars of Ghana in this afternoon’s international friendly in Marrakech.

Ndidi was handed the Captain’s band by caretaker coach Finidi George in the starting 11 dished out few minutes ago.

Nidid leads Eagles against Black Stars in Marrakech.

Ndidi and teammate both and club and country level Kelechi Iheanacho have maintained their super blend all the way and are expected to partner to deliver for Eagles today.

Already Black Stars returnee coach Otto Addo has boasted that he knows how to beat the Eagles apparently still basking in the euphoria of his achievement heading into the last world cup in Qatar. Ndidi and his teammates who are determined to post an impressive match may as well puncture Addo’s dream.
