Bethel Celebrates Two of Their New Champions!

Date:

The entire FC Bethel Sporting aka ‘Destiny Boys’ where champions are born, officials, management and players, wish to congratulate and at the same time celebrate with two of our own, Ugochukwu Chikora Ejike and Godwin Emmanuel Okoko, who both won the premier league title with their respective club, Rangers Int’l of Enugu, Nigeria and Coton FC of Ouidah in Benin Republic.

While Ejike picked up his seventh league title with Rangers after many years of asking in recent years, Okoko pulled a hat-trick with consecutive league titles with Coton.

They are both real epitome of the Bethel ideals of the 3 D’s; Discipline, Dedication and Determination. We celebrate them.

The journey of success of Ejike started with Bethel some years ago as their team captain, before he joined FC One Rocket, captaining them for two seasons and helping them gain promotion to the NNL in his last season before moving on to join the Flying Antelopes, Rangers last season where he played 37 matches and missing only one game in the season just ended with the NPFL newly crowned Kings.

While for Okoko the story is almost similar. His journey to Benin Republic started in 2020 from Bethel to 36 Lion from where he joined Dragon FC of Queme in Port Novo, Benin in a 6 -month loan deal.

He however moved on at the expiration of the loan deal to play with Coton FC where he has been since then and have won three straight league titles in three seasons.

FC Bethel Sporting are proud of your achievements our champions and we celebrate you.
