Nigerian champions, Rivers United will discover their group-stage foes in the CAF Confederation Cup on Monday, December 12.
The draw was initially fixed for November 16 but was later postponed by the Confederation of African Football.
CAF announced on Thursday that the draw ceremony will now take place at its headquarters in Cairo, Egypt next month.
Rivers United secured a place in the lucrative group stage of the competition following a 6-1 aggregate win against Al Nassr of Libya.
Stanley Eguma’s side initially campaigned in the CAF Champions League before dropping to the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Port Harcourt side are looking to become the first Nigerian club to win Africa’s second-biggest club competition.
