The Super Eagles of Nigeria will jet out to Bissau on Sunday morning for their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matchday four encounter against the Djurtus of Guinea-Bissau.
Super Eagles had light training session at the Moshood Abiola Stadium on Saturday.
Guinea-Bissau on Friday shocked Super Eagles with a 0-1 win on Match-day 3 of the African Nations Cup qualifier at the Moshood Abiola Stadium Abuja to leapfrog to the top of group A table.
BSN Sports report that the Nigeria delegation to Monday’s match in Bissau will depart from the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja at 7am on Sunday aboard a chartered flight. The match comes up at the Estadio 24 de Setembro starting from 5pm Guinea Bissau time (6pm Nigeria time) on Monday.
Meanwhile, the Guinea Bissau team arrived in Bissau on Saturday morning and trained at the 24 de Setembro National Stadium ahead of the encounter.
Guinea Bissau are topping the table with 7 points while Super Eagles are second with six points from three matches.
