The Prosperity Girls spent a week in the country’s capital, Casablanca perfecting strategies for the competition.
Domo Okara’s team played a friendly against a local side on Thursday which they won 11-0.
Bayelsa Queens will face defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns in their opening game on Monday at the Stade de Grande Marrakech.
Their second game is against TP Mazembe of Congo Democratic Republic also in Marrakech on November 3.
The debutants will round up their group stage campaign against Egypt’s Wadi Degla on November 6.
