Watford manager, Slaven Bilic has confirmed William Troost-Ekong is available for the club’s Sky Bet Championship clash against Blackpool on Saturday.
Troost-Ekong sustained a minor hamstring injury on international duty with Nigeria and missed the Hornet’s last two games against Stoke City and Swansea City.
Bilic, who recently took charge of the London club said the centre-back is in the frame for the trip to West Coast.
“Troost-Ekong trained with us yesterday [Thursday, October 6] – he looks good, and he’s definitely going to be in the squad,” Bilic told a press conference on Friday.
“That’s a big positive for us, particularly with our injury problems at the back.”
The defender has made two league appearances for the Vicarage Road outfit this season.
Watford has won just one of their last five games (two defeats and two draws).
