Club Brugge celebrate Onyedika’s maiden Super Eagles invitation

Belgian Pro League outfit, Club Brugge have celebrated Raphael Onyedika’s invitation for Nigeria’s friendly against Algeria.

Onyedika was named in a 25-man squad for the friendly by Super Eagles head coach, Jose Peseiro on Saturday.

It’s the midfielder’s maiden invitation to the Super Eagles.

It came on the back of his impressive displays for his former club, FC Midtylland and Club Brugge.

Club Brugge took to social media to wish him the best following the invitation.

“Good luck, Raphael! ,” the Belgian Pro League champions wrote at the top of the list posted on the Super Eagles Twitter handle.

The 21-year-old joined Club Brugge from Danish SuperLiga side, FC Midtylland this summer.

The Super Eagles will take on the Desert Foxes at the Miloud Hadefi Stadium, Oran on Tuesday, September 27.
