Mahanaim FC has announced that Yahaya Danjuma Lawali has completed a transfer to Czech Republic side MFK Karviná.
The former Golden Eaglets player has signed a four-year deal with the club and will use his time in the Czech league as a stepping stone to reach top European leagues.

“His impressive talent and leadership saw him included as the vice-captain in the Nigeria U17 national team that won the WAFU-B U17 title in 2022; where he was named in the team of the tournament.
“Lawali went on to captain Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets at the CAF U17 AFCON, where he was also named in the team of the tournament.
“We are therefore delighted to share that he has signed a professional contract with MFK Karvina. Wishing our boy, all the best.
