Villarreal midfielder Arnaut Danjuma has rejected the chance to join West Ham this summer.
David Moyes’ side are just one of several Premier League sides interested in signing the 25-year-old, who scored 16 goals in 34 appearances last season.

Despite the attention received by the former Bournemouth man, according to GOAL, he wants to stay in Spain to consolidate an impressive 2021-22 campaign and regain form and fitness after a muscular injury ended his campaign in April.
Danjuma was a key man for Villarreal last season as Unai Emery’s side finished fourth in LaLiga.
He scored six goals in the club’s historic Champions League campaign which saw them reach the semi-finals before losing to Liverpool.
Newcastle, Manchester United and Liverpool were among the clubs interested in Danjuma with West Ham leading the chase, but they have all now been set back with the Dutchman opting to stay in Spain.
He will look to back up his numbers from last season and earn a spot in Holland’s World Cup squad after receiving a recall to the national setup in October following nearly three years without a cap.

The wide man considered changing international allegiances to Nigeria – his country of birth – after frustration with the Dutch national team over a lack of game time, but he is now back in the fold and eyeing up a mid-season trip to Qatar.
Danjuma begin his career in Holland before joining Club Brugge in 2018.
He spent one season in Belgium before being snapped up by Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth for £13.7million and played for the club in both the Premier League and the Championship.
He scored 17 goals in 52 games for the Cherries before moving to Spain, and has now rejected the chance to move back in England in favour of staying in La Liga.
