Embattled leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and the Kabiru Tanimu Turaki faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are holding a closed-door meeting at the Apo residence of former Senate President, David Mark, in Abuja.

The meeting is coming hours after Atiku Abubakar and David Mark led a protest to the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) over recent developments affecting party leadership.

Several PDP and ADC members were seen arriving at the venue, indicating ongoing consultations among opposition stakeholders ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Among those in attendance are former Kano State Governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso; Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi; and former Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami.
