African Representative of first division team in Turkey Konyaspor and a first fan of Young sports academy of Bamenda Chi Chinda Chido Mitterrand Francois has stated that the Pharo’s of Egypt are light weight to the Super Eagles of Nigeria as both meet in the ongoing African Cup of Nation match day 7 billed to kick at Roumde Adjia Stadium Garoua 5pm Today.
Super Eagles will take on Pharo’s of Egypt in their first 33rd edition of AFCON match in Cameroon.
Speaking to SportsDayonline.com in Yaounde yesterday, Francois optimistically said that with the likes of Kelechi Iheanacho and Winfred Ndidi, eagles should be able to make a sound statement in today’s game.
“Super Eagles and Egypt match will not be a war but a football because it is 11 vs 11 on the pitch. Nigeria has more young and vibrant boys that will humble Egypt in their match today,” he said.
“With the caliber of players they invited for the AFCON i think they will make a statement against Egypt. it may not be that easy but at the end i see the eagle registering it self in the tournament.” Mitterrand Francois added.
