Enyimba demand N450m for Obioma

Date:

Enyimba will reportedly demand N450 million from clubs interested in signing Chukwuemeka Obioma.

The Nigeria Premier League topscorer’s future at the club is in doubt, with Egyptian Premier League giants Zamalek interested in signing him.

The reigning Nigeria Premier League championship asking price of €500,000 appears to be scaring the former Egyptian champions away.

North Africa has been the destination of NPL top performers in the past, with former topscorer Victor Mbaoma moving to Algeria with Mouloudia d’Algiers in 2022.

Obioma netted 16 times last season and according to reports from the player’s camp, there is also interest from European countries in his services.

Enyimba will play in the CAF Champions League next season.
