Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta wants to sign four players this summer, ahead of the club’s expected return to the Champions League next season, SportsMail reports.
The Gunners are set to return to Europe’s elite club competition for the first time in seven years.
Arteta’s men sit top of the table, 16 points above fifth-placed Newcastle.
West Ham midfielder Declan Rice is believed to be Arsenal’s top target, though he could cost up to £80 million.
The Gunners are expected to sign Rice ahead of Chelsea, who will not be playing in the Champions League next season.
Arsenal could also renew their interest in Brighton’s Moises Caicedo, after failing to land him for £70m in January.
Arteta would also like to sign a left-back and a winger, which could be part-funded by the sales of players such as Kieran Tierney.
