Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta wants to sign four players this summer, ahead of the clubโs expected return to the Champions League next season, SportsMail reports.
The Gunners are set to return to Europeโs elite club competition for the first time in seven years.
Artetaโs men sit top of the table, 16 points above fifth-placed Newcastle.
West Ham midfielder Declan Rice is believed to be Arsenalโs top target, though he could cost up to ยฃ80 million.
The Gunners are expected to sign Rice ahead of Chelsea, who will not be playing in the Champions League next season.
Arsenal could also renew their interest in Brightonโs Moises Caicedo, after failing to land him for ยฃ70m in January.
Arteta would also like to sign a left-back and a winger, which could be part-funded by the sales of players such as Kieran Tierney.
