EPL: Chelsea keeper Kepa open-minded about Premier League All-Star game

Chelsea shot stopper Kepa Arrizabalaga has not dismissed co-owner Todd Boehly’s All-Star game idea.

The Spanish keeper was asked about the club’s chief mentioning in an interview that he would like a Premier League All-Star game, similar to the ones that occur in American sports leagues.

Premier League players are familiar with the concept, as they often play against an MLS All-Star team during their tours of the United States during some summers.

Kepa told reporters: “I heard something but I didn’t watch too much. I think Todd said something.

“It is a completely different idea. I think we have to know a little bit more about it. It’s just in NBA.

“I am in goal. [It] Should be a big game. There are a lot of big players in this league, North v South. We will see. But it can be a different idea but I don’t know at what point can we play this game. So we see.”
