EPL: Ex-Man Utd star Ferdinand warns Arsenal fans over Gabriel Jesus

Gabriel Jesus

Former Manchester United star, Rio Ferdinand, has warned Arsenal fans over Gabriel Jesus’s start to the season.

The ex-Man City striker has been a revelation for the Gunners as they won four Premier League games in a row to start the season.

Jesus has been terrific at leading the line, chipping in with goals and assists as well.

Speaking on his Vibe with Five podcast, United and England legend Ferdinand stated: “I think that Jesus’s impact has been unreal.

“I think that he has been a fantastic signing, an absolute major signing for Arsenal, but please don’t go overboard like all Arsenal fans do.

“When you have got [Erling] Haaland banging in a hat-trick at the weekend and you are going, ‘Oh, Jesus is overshadowing him still’, what are you talking about?”
