Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has returned to the Premier League club after recovering from an emergency surgery on “severe back pain” in Barcelona.
Guardiola took charge of training on Wednesday as they prepare for their trip to West Ham this weekend.
The Spaniard is expected to be on the City bench again after missing two matches.
During his time away, the champions took six points from two games under stand-in manager Juanma Lillo.
City needed a late Rodri goal to win 2-1 at Sheffield United and thrashed Fulham 5-1 at the Etihad.
They remain top of the table with 12 points from four fixtures.
