Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta, has reacted to the club’s latest signing.

On Monday, Arsenal confirmed the signing of goalkeeper Matt Turner.

Turner joined the Premier League club on a long-term contract from the MLS side New England Revolution.

The 28-year-old has made 18 appearances for the US national team since making his international debut in January 2021.

Reacting to the signing of Turner, Arteta said the shot-stopper will bring quality to Arsenal’s squad, adding that he is an experienced goalkeeper.

Arteta told Arsenal’s website: “Matt is an experienced goalkeeper who will bring high quality to our squad.
