Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes named two Arsenal players he really likes, saying they have been a ‘breath of fresh air’ this season.
Scholes insists he ‘really likes’ Gabriel Martinelli and fellow Brazilian, Gabriel Jesus.
The Brazilians have both enjoyed superb starts to the season, helping the Gunners climb to the top of the Premier League table after six games.
Before their defeat to Manchester United on Sunday, the Gunners won their opening five matches.
The 21-year-old Martinelli scored the first goal of the season and has found the net twice more since Arsenal’s opening-day win at Crystal Palace.
Jesus on his part has already scored three goals and made three assists in six competitive appearances.
Scholes told Premier League productions, “He’s great, I really like him.
“He’s got that pace but he’s also got a goal in him, which is probably the most important thing for that position.
“Martinelli and Jesus have been a breath of fresh air at Arsenal.”
