EPL: Ten Hag set to watch Crystal Palace vs Man Utd in England

Date:

Incoming Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, could be in attendance for their last Premier League fixture of this season, The Athletic reports.

United travel to Crystal Palace on May 22, as they bring the curtains down on a miserable campaign.

Ten Hag wants to get a chance to see the players up close.

The 52-year-old coach lifted the Eredivisie title with Ajax last weekend and Sunday’s game against Vitesse will be his final match in charge of the Dutch champions.

United’s match could become a must-win game, if they want to avoid playing in the Europa Conference League next season.

West Ham are currently just three points behind the Red Devils with a game in hand and significantly better goal difference.

Ten Hag intends to watch United’s trip to Selhurst Park live, though it has yet to be decided if he will definitely be in the stands in south London.
