Ex-Remo Stars boss appointed Reps sports committee chairman

Ekene Adams has been appointed as the Chairman House of Representatives Committee on Sports.

Adams was formerly the General Manager of Nigeria Professional Football League side, Remo Stars.

The lawmaker was elected member into the 10th Assembly during the last general election from Kaduna State.

Adams led the Sky Blue Stars to the NPFL qualification in 2021.

He was also in charge when Remo Stars finished second in the Nigeria Professional Football League in the 2021/22 season.
