Viktor Bytsyura, Head Scout of FC Oleksandriya (Ukraine), has expressed deep admiration for the Lagos Masters Scouting Tournament, lauding both the technical level of the players and the professionalism of its organization.
Speaking to the media at the close of the event, Bytsyura described the Lagos Masters as “a well-coordinated and truly impactful scouting platform that reflects the future of African football.”

“The level of football displayed in Lagos was truly impressive. The players showed great discipline, athleticism, and technical awareness — qualities that are vital for success in Europe,” Bytsyura stated. “BGSports Management has set a new benchmark with this project. The structure, logistics, and match organization were all at a professional level.”
The Ukrainian scout further emphasized that the tournament provided European clubs with a rare opportunity to assess a large pool of talented players in a single, competitive environment.
