Fenerbahce star, Osayi-Samuel elated to make Super Eagles debut vs Portugal

Bright Osayi-Samuel has said he was honoured to be part of the Super Eagles team against Portugal.

The Fenerbahce defender was called up for the first time by Nigeria for the international friendly against the Selecao.

The 23-year-old started at right-back and was in action for the entire duration of the game.

Osayi-Samuel put up a strong performance in the game and won the penalty that was missed by Emmanuel Dennis.

The former Queens Park Rangers player took to the social media to celebrate his debut.

“Honoured to represent my country,” Osayi-Samuel wrote on his Twitter handle.
