FIFA Introduce Two New Competitions To Women’s Football

To work more on the development of women’s football, the World soccer ruling body has decided to introduce two new competitions.

Women’s football has witnessed rapid development since the 2019 Women’s World Cup in France and the football body seems to have keyed into the progress.

The President of the body Gianni Infantino announced that the World Club Cup and the Futsal World Cup will be introduced into Women’s games.

The Club World Cup will involve a winner from the confederations associated with FIFA while the Futsal competition will be based on each country’s qualification level.
