Full house Super Eagles in desperate bid to destroy South Africa

Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo will be rocking tonight when the Super Eagles do battle with Bafana Bafana of South Africa in an all-important 2026 World Cup qualifier after the gates were thrown open to fans.

The Akwa Ibom Government has snapped up all the cheap match tickets, which cost 1,000 Naira each.

The Super Eagles need the maximum points to get their World Cup qualifying campaign back on course after they drew their first two matches.

They are now fourth in Group C with two points along with Lesotho and Zimbabwe.

Benin climbed to second spot after they defeated leaders Rwanda 1-0 in Abidjan Thursday night.
