Full List: 13th African Games final medal table out as Egypt, Nigeria win big

The final ranking medal table for the 2023 All African Games is out

This follows the conclusion of the Games in Ghana on Saturday.

Egypt retains the top place in the medal ranking, having won 189 medals in all (101 gold, 46 silver, and 42 bronze).

Behind the North Africans is Nigeria in second position with 120 medals (47 gold, 33 silver and 40 bronze).

South Africa is in third position with 106 medals (32 gold, 32 silver and 42 bronze).

Other countries that complete the top five are Algeria with 114 medals (29 gold, 38 silver and 47 bronze) and Tunisia with 87 medals (21 gold, 27 silver and 39 bronze).

The host country Ghana is in sixth position in the final medal standings with 68 medals (19 gold, 29 silver and 20 bronze).

The likes of Morocco, Ethiopia, Mauritius and Kenya complete the top 10 in the list.
