Ghana vs Nigeria: Aribo makes promise to Super Eagles fans

Nigerian midfielder, Joe Aribo, has promised Super Eagles fans that the team will deliver good results when they face the Black Stars of Ghana in Friday’s 2022 FIFA World Cup playoff at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.

Aribo said the Super Eagles have done their work and are ready to take on the Black Stars.

Speaking ahead of the match, the Rangers star thanked the Super Eagles fans for their support so far.

“We have done a lot tactically and on the training pitch, we are ready to go.

“We just want to thank the fans for their support and hopefully, we will deliver a good result for them,” Aribo was quoted by Brila Net as saying.

Meanwhile, Nigeria will host Ghana in the reverse fixture in Abuja on Tuesday.

The winner between both teams will pick one of the tickets for Qatar.
