Grassrunners FC Engage Paul Offor

Ambitious and fast growing Grassrunners Football Club, Ikenne Remo, Ogun state, have engaged the services of former Sporting Lagos coach, Paul Offor.

Offor joined the National League One (NLO) side after signing a three year deal that will keep him at the club untill 2027 with an option for renewal if both parties so wishes.

The news of the deal was broken to us by the club’s CEO, Gbenga Agbejoye who also noted that he would be unveiled officially by the club in the coming days.

“We want to welcome coach Paul Offor to Grassrunners FC.

“We are excited to have landed him in a three year deal and we hope that together we can move this great club forward.

“Grassrunners may be a young club but we are very ambitious, hoping to leave our mark in Nigeria football.

“Signing him has shown our intent and we are happy that he shares in our dreams and visions by agreeing to join us.

“We want to assure him that he would get all the support that he needs to make his job seamless.

“He would be unveiled officially by the club very soon”, he concluded.

Meanwhile, coach Offor is back to a familiar terrain as he’s very good at building a team from the scratch.

He guided Sporting Lagos from Nigeria National League (NNL) which is the second tier to the elite division, NPFL.

Offor moved from Sporting Lagos to Kano Pillars before joining Grassrunners.
