Heartland Coach Hassan Abdallah Under Pressure, May Resign

Following the poor performance and result, Head Coach of Heartland Football Club of Owerri Hassan Abdallah has sent a warning to the management of the club stating that he will resign if they continue to interfered in his job again.

 Coach Abdallah was appointed the head coach of the club in September last year  after due considerations.

Heartland FC suffered a 3-0  defeat by Pleatue United in a matchday4  in Jos over the weekend after they managed to pick their first home 3 points against Dakkada FC.

Source close to the club told SportsDayonline.com yesterday that, ” There is alot interest in Heartland and its affecting the team as we speak.

“Coach Hassan is not given a free hand in selecting players for each game. initially other coaches blamed him for not working together with them after the first game at home.

“Now we one want to make sure hiss player is picked for each game whether he is fit or not and that is the cause of the poor result in Jos.

“He has send his warning to those interfering in his coach that if this continue he has no other choice than to quit than allowing them to destroy his reputation. Source said.
