Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, assured on Friday that his administration would fully comply with the new minimum wage regulations.
He emphasized that once the National Assembly completes its deliberations and passes the bill into law, the state government will strictly adhere to its provisions.
Speaking through the Commissioner for Information, Mr. Kolapo Alimi, in Osogbo, Governor Adeleke reiterated his commitment to implementing the N70,000 minimum wage for civil servants in the state.

He emphasized his administration’s dedication to prioritizing the welfare of both active and retired workers.
“Governor Adeleke is a staunch supporter of workers’ rights,” Alimi stated. “He has made it clear that Osun State will uphold the law on minimum wage without fail.”
Governor Adeleke affirmed that his government’s foremost agenda is to ensure the well-being of workers, promising that Osun State will not stray from its obligations under the new minimum wage law.
