Ijamilusi Wins NWFL 2023/2024 Attacker of the Season Award

Date:

Folashade Ijamilusi has been awarded as the Nigeria Women’s Football League, NWFL, 2023/2024 Premiership season Attacker of the Season.

The FC Robo Queens of Lagos star player was in devastating form this season as she destroyed opponents with her prolific, clinical and consistent goals scoring prowess.

Ardent followers of the NWFL will not be surprised with the feat she achieved, particularly supporters of the Lagos based outfit, as Ijamilusi’s goals for Robo Queens in the league this season proved very instrumental for them.

The youngster’s avalanche of goals almost helped the Lagos based side secure the playoff position on the NWFL table which they narrowly missed by whiskers.

Ijamilusi beat other contestants to the award following her 8 goals haul this season which was also good enough to earn her a national team call up with the Nigeria women’s national side, Super Falcons.
